My name is Jenny To'o and I am a Justice of the Peace and an authorized Civil Marriage Celebrant  committed to providing a warm and professional service that is personal and sensitive to the occasion. I am a friendly and engaging person and genuinely enjoy my role as a celebrant. As well as assisting you in planning your ceremony I will supply and lodge all of the legal documents required for the occasion. You can plan the occasion in a relaxed environment with me at my home, where we will be able to discuss all your needs and you can view all the various certificates and ceremony choices. I will lodge the Notice of Intention online, the first step to your celebration.  You will be able to consult me at anytime by telephone, email or in person. I am based in The Hills District and will conduct ceremonies in all areas of Sydney as well as in the Blue Mountains area.
